Montaser Al-Mohammed is an experienced litigator with over 19 years of experience advising members of the Saudi royal family, multi-national corporations and many of Saudi Arabia's leading businessmen and largest corporations.

Montaser graduated from the Faculty of Law of King Saud University in 1992. Immediately after graduation, Montaser joined Arthur Anderson, at that time one of the largest professional service firms in the world. Montaser's professional career with Arthur Anderson began with training at Garrett & Co. in London. After Arthur Anderson's merger with Ernst & Young (E&Y) in the Middle East, Montaser continued with E&Y rising to the level of Partner and Head of Legal Services for Saudi Arabia. In 2006, Montaser established his own legal practice and in 2009, Al-Yaqoub Attorneys & Legal Advisers entered into an association with Hogan Lovells.

Montaser is widely acknowledged today to be one of Saudi Arabia's leading litigators, reflected in his exclusive clientele which includes some of Saudi Arabia's largest corporations and leading businessmen. He has also worked on many of the most high profile Saudi litigations to date.

Montaser is the Vice-Chair of the International Chamber of Commerce for Saudi Arabia. He is also a platinum member of the Saudi-American Business Council and a member of the Saudi-British Business Council, the Saudi-French Business Council and the Saudi-Chinese Business Council. As a member of these organisations, Montaser maintains active links with the international and Saudi business communities and is actively involved in business ventures in Saudi Arabia and internationally.
